New, Easier Than Ever to Post Picture Book Content on KDP #IdaNo

Hi All

I have some very exciting news.  A few years ago, I wrote and illustrated a picture book.  No big deal, as my friend Junior would say.  Well, I have let the 22 pages of fully illustrated beauty just collect dust... until (Kindle Direct Publishing) KDP announced last week their new software release!  This program makes it so easy to upload and publish picture books, there is no reason for my work to sit on a shelf waiting for me to send it out again or for the magic day when some generous (and smart) publisher might want to take a chance on it.  What's more is that with the increase in children using Kindles, the demand for content is now and growing!

For more information, visit: www.kdp.amazon.com/kids.

But now on to the exciting news:
My wonderful picture book, Brannagan Bunny Moves, will soon be available for free on your Kindle Fire device or Kindle Fire App on any android or iPod/Pad.  That's right: FREE!  Am I crazy for releasing it for free?  Nope.  If I have learned anything from reading up on the e-trades these last few years it is that word of mouth is the best advertisement.  And how can I get word of mouth if I am not willing to put my stuff out there for some mouths to experience?

There is a catch, though.  The author page of my nom de plume, Ida No, needs to received 1,000 likes by the release date of 9/18/2014.  If Ida No receives 1,000 likes, I will make the book available for free for the launch for 24 hours.  Here's the link:

Also, I thought I should include a copy of the book cover below as a preview.

I just know some kids are going to find book helpful and fun.  And I know that some of my fellow writers are also very excited about KDP's newest tool.

Keep writing!  Write now!!
